Our client is a Tier 1 automotive parts supplier looking for a Human Resources / Health and Safety Manager. Responsible for supporting associates and management in all aspects of Human Resources; Health and Safety; Payroll, and General Affairs.
Oversees recruitment, interviewing and selection process. Assists with succession planning. Attends and actively participates in manpower planning meetings. Oversees the establishment and implementation of employee development and training programs. Coordinates performance reviews. Administers hourly and salary incentive plans. Implements HR policies, practices and programs. Develops annual HR operating budget. Administers benefits programs. Manages new hire orientation and onboarding processes. Oversees payroll function. Manages overall safety function in conjunction with Health and Safety Coordinator. Develops annual General Affairs operating budget.
College Diploma or University Degree; CHRP or CHRL designation preferred
7+ years experience in Human Resources at a supervisory and management level
